Battlefield 2142 and cats 7.6

Since 7.6, not that I checked before I cant have 6x AA or get my resolution to native, its at 1400 X something.

I have x1800xt and dell 2007wfp, any ideas whats up?

Battlefield series have always been funny with the resolutions. I remember bf1942 demo that u had to go into a settings file in /MyDocuments folder; to even start the game. Its probably this file video.con or something, and look for the default resolution and change it there.

6xAA, I always stick to 4xAA 8xAF.

I changed the resolution, and can see where to change AA, where is AF?

I haven't been able to select 6x AA since I installed it on launch day (I can in BF2). The option is there, it just always reverts to 4x.

Exactly the same, Just reverts back all the time (on my 8800GTX) But it's the same for all cards I believe.

All the people I play with have the same issue with it, 4 AA is enough anyway to be honest.

ummm i changed the resolution to 1680 X 1050 and it just crashes to desktop so it looks like i have to play at 1400 X 1050
