ok, so every time i start up battlefield 2142 i get a message that i need an update, even tho i have v 1.40. it says to dl it with ea link, but i cant find where to dl ea link. I also cant seem to see any servers, what the heck am i doing wrong?!?!

sorry place it in the wrong section could one of the admin moveit to pc games for me thx

Wierd, i had the same thing, then just went to download patch 1.40 and it works fine for me. It did tell me to install ea link but i just got the patch alone. I have northern strike on my account... just not the map data installed for it though.
