Battlefield 3 and origin

Hi, i am going to buy Battlefield 3 for PC off origin but there are a few different ones. There is a Battlefield 3 Premium and a Battlefield 3 Premium Edition. The 'Premium' one states it does not come with a base game but yet the 'Premium Edition' does not mention anything like that.
So does the 'Premium edition' come with a base game or not?

Let someone else confirm it before you buy but im pretty sure the Premium Edition is the base game and all current and yet to be released dlc included

It's confusing to say the least.

Shop around though mate.

Thanks guys, ill look for the 'Premium Edition' as a disc rather than a download.
