Battlefield 4 Completely broken?

Anyone have a fix for this?

Been playing fine for 2 days, first day was a bit glitchy and laggy, then it seemed to improve.

But now, every server I join I cannot deploy. I can click on respawn points, or on squad members, I see their POV in the screen etc, but when I click deploy, nothing happens. Ever.

So for me the game is completely broken!

Any ideas how to fix, or if anyone else has this issue?

Have you tried deploying by pressing enter rather than clicking "Deploy"?

I just figured this out actually!

Turns out all the servers have now turned on Punkbuster and if you are having the deploy issue you need to install Punkbuster manually from here: http://www.punkbuster.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php

Then add a game and pick BF4 from the list and it will update.

After doing that, everything worked just fine again.

I had this problem, updated my drivers and it worked fine.

I have just installed PB, I will try it now and get back here. Thanks for the advice, I will try drivers if it doesn't work...the latest Nvidia one is buggy though.

Happened to me once last night actually, but was fine after closing and opening again. Must remember to update PB.
