BattleField 4 problems

Just installed BF4 from the disk today. When I tried installing Punkbuster after installing bf4 I cannot seem to locate it anywhere on the computer, have tried this on man occasions now and the same problem occurs.

then when I try to play B4 in multiplayer after a couple of seconds it kicks me and the following message appears. service Communication Failure: PnKBstra.exe
Has anybody else experienced this problem as any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Punkbuster sucks. Normally it is because it cannot communicate with the software ie its behind a firewall. Try giving it a temporary open path if you use Windows firewall and see if that helps.

Failing that, try using their download took for PB from evenbalance or whatever they call it now.

I turned off windows firewall and it didn't work. Also evenbalance is where I installed it from anyway as that's where BF4 linked me.
