Battlefield 4 Stuttering

I know I'm not the only one who has this problem but anyhow.

When I'm playing BF4 I get some "mouse stutters" if i can call them like this. Some small jerks and the aim won't move basically for a split second which obviously gets me killed and is really annoying.

The mouse is not the problem since it only happens in BF4 so what else can be?

Should I re install DX11 and the Nvidia drivers (which i updated today?)

Any suggestions are welcomed

What are your graphic settings? I had stuttering and slugishness when I put things on ultra even though I had over 100 fps.

Everything on low except for mesh quality helped a lot.

I am running everything on ultra but I found the problem. The stuttering was caused by MSI Afterburner when showing the fps and temperatures in-game. Once i turned it off everything was smooth again.
