Use your laser to target/spot everything you can for points. I'm trying to unlock the sniper rifles ATM and level recon but I can barely hit anything with them.
If you just want to level recon you could always just use a carbine.

But saying that, from what I have seen, most on here are horrible to people in game in general and will probably stick up for this kind of behaviour.
Most of you are "grown" men.... act like it.

I have unlocked the SRR and it is amazing. Sounds amazing and does 80+ to the chest. On HC it is an Elephant gun! On Normal, you have to aim for heads but it's cool. 8x scope all the way too... balance between long distance and portability. 40x scope is just useless
How are dice to blame for the idiot randoms who
- farm kills
- don't revive
- don't drop ammo bags
- jump out of vehicles and give them to the enemy
- don't notice the carnage behind them and let a flank get back rushed
- use jets as tickets to the nearest rooftop
- camp on a hill bush wookie style.
The landslide games happen when one side has too many of the above.

Does nobody else get a black windowed screen at startup and you have to tab in and out untill itl show the game?
Yeah I shouldn't have. There are a lot of people on here after all and I have only played with a small portion.

Was really excited about BF4 a few days ago and now I am starting to lose interest, getting a bit boring tbh

People need to get a life, seeing rank 50+ already...I mean seriously, do these people have jobs/friends?!
rank 53 here. Only 73 hours though, which isn't much (I started playing same day as everyone else in USA)
But in all honesty, it isn't hard to be rank 50+, stupidly easy to rank up quickly just capturing and defending flags (you could come first without getting many kills), vehicles destroyed (and tons of points when it is full of enemies) + combine that with the XP boosters + squad work and you could be even higher, I haven't used any of the 50 or 200% xp boosts due to crashes etc.
Seen far worse i.e. westie's friend kawusa, rank 99 with 139 hours......

Cant wait to try that one myself. Iirc thats the cheytac m200 sniper rifle from the mark wahlberg film shooter. I remember it popping up in some one of the recent cod games.
Speaking of play time....
I probably not be on much for the next week or so for a few reasons:
- other games to get through (new bioshock DLC, dishonoured DLC, batman AO etc.) + want to get W8/8.1 on once they are completed
- too many films + tv shows to catch up on
