Battlefield BC2 Problem

When I move my mouse it will instantly aim to the sky and then I won't be able to move it at all, but in menu it works fine. Tried updating to the latest patch but it didn't help. Any idea what is wrong? I used to run it on windows 7 just fine, but now on XP I have this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have a steering wheel plugged in by any chance? I get the exact same thing with my G25 if it is plugged in.
