Battlefield clan @ OCUK

Hope you guys don’t mind me posting this here.

With DICE confirming that battlefield Bad Company 2 is coming out March 2010, I’ve started making way to create a clan in the up and coming BF games. We will defiantly have a server in BF:BC 2 as we currently have a clan bank account in which CSS admin pay £8month into and have given me the ok to use that money for a server next year.

I’m looking for guys/girls who are 18+ who fancy joining the clan, we have vent/TS and everything set up with website and forums (although I’m working on a new battlefield website now). We dont expect you to be online all the time, we'd be happy with your just keeping your tag on and playing when ever and how ever you want (so long as you dont cheat of course;))

The plan is:

• To play in all future BF games.
• Enter 1 team initially into ladder matches, either with the ESL league or ED (if their doing it that is).
• Eventually have multiple BF servers
• Have a mix of player skill level whether you’re new or experienced, we won’t take the mick.
• Move on to Battlefield 3 when it eventually comes out
• For all members to have total say on everything as we currently do in on our CSS server.

Yeah come along mate, we are normally an invite only, but as most know BF servers are hard to fill on your own... so we gona get people in and sort it from there.

Only thing we ask tho is that every1 who wants to join uses our vent, there is no better way on a pc to get to know sum1 than thro voice chat ;)

Also if everything goes to plan we might be able to get a beta server when open beta is begins. think thats why they are calling it OPEN BETA like on BF Heroes
 
I would be interested in this as well, my first forray into Clan gaming was in a Desert Combat clan.

My only problem is that I run my own ventrilo server which has a bit of a community on it as well, and I would not want to lose that.

Ha no way, ive currently been playing hard on one of your css servers under the same name as my username for the last few weeks. Im not amazing atm as I haven't played for a few years but I do ok.

I had no idea members were on here but the ones I have played with seem like a good bunch of people.

I used to play in a BF2 clan a few years ago and would be very interested in joining a clan for the upcoming games.

I will submit an application on your website.

Yeah nps, mate just accepted your registration. Just put your 18 when you put the app in, every1 will go on trial anyway before getting accepted into full member. We will be looking for people to use vent as much as possible when game does come out, however in the mean time we'll be playing a few other games like Bf2 PR, Css, L4D2 we have servers in css and l4d2 and prob get a PR server but we'll see.

Yeah sounds great, guys. If you haven’t been in a clan b4, trust me once your in one you'll never look back! You can beat a Friday/sat nite getting hammered and kicking fellow clan members a$$'s haha! Just ask Gaunt. While we'll be a semi-hardcore clan, we also have a turn up and play attitude, so if you dont show up for matches or anything its cool, so long as you let us know b4 hand so we can get sum1 in to fill your spot. Also if you dont want fancy matches you can just be a casual member who just comes on vents and groups up with other TFU members.

domthecondom <--- lmao what a name! yeah feel free join mate. As you know to have a successful BF clan you need to have a busy server, normally we are an invite only clan, but for the time we are going to get people on board and take it from there.

Was in a clan for BF2 but being mostly american very few where on when I was. Would be nice to learn to play with ppl instead of running round in a random game until I die from a tank/sniper/swarming group. Ill sign up when the game comes out =)
