Pretty funny video, has peaked my interest . As long the ads aren't pushed down your throat (e.g. a Coca-Cola logo on the side of a tank ) then it could be fun!

TF2 with vehicles can't be bad... can it?

From what I've read, all the ads are going to be on the website. So you shouldn't see any in-game adds at all.

Looked pretty comical with people sitting on the wings shooting. That being said though i dunno if a game like this really lends itself to third person gameplay.

That's the only thing that worries me. One of the lead devs (can't remember his name, will edit it in. ) said he was really worried about the 3rd person perspective, but after playing it, it really suited the game.

But he also added, if after a month or two, everyone hates it and it really isn't working they'll add first person into it.

BF3 is planned, completely seperate from this and Bad Company. Don't worry.

Thanks, updated the main post with that link.

I think you're right about it attracting idiots, especially with the over the top gameplay. But that's the same with all MP games, you just need to find a few good servers and stick to them.

To be fair though, that does sound like every first-person shooter I've played.
