I'm having major issues getting online on battlefield V.

Keep getting the message

Game disconnected
Connection to EA online timed out. Your network bandwidth and/or network latency may not meet the requirements for this game.

I've checked the firewall settings, reinstalled the game enabled and disabled origin online, checked the registry to make sure saved games are going to the right place.

I can play other games online no problems but I'm at a loss with this now.

Anyone had this issue?
Thanks
Scott

I got a work around for this.

Go into origin, and completely uninstall BFV.

Then go into windows, program and applications, and find origin.

Completely uninstall that also.

After you've done that, you'll need to make a vow never to pay EA a single penny more for the same rehashed **** over and over.

Purchase and install other games that actually work.

It's what I did, works a treat.

what sort of speeds are you getting via speed test?
Whats your average latency?
do you know the IP your connecting to? you could try running a MTR test during gaminghttps://www.iperiusbackup.net/en/mtr-how-to-use-traceroute-tool-to-diagnose-network-issues/

I've managed to play it on my sons PC so i don't think it's a network issue.
Thanks

is this happening when you are trying to connect two PC's to BF5 from the same router ? if so you need to do some port fowarding..

+1 :D

It worked once the other day but now it's working on neither PC. Why would port forwarding be required all of a sudden?
