I've just been reading some reviews online and they're pretty positive. The game reminds me of Battlefield 1942 and would be right up my street, plus it's cheap online.

...however I've never heard of it until today which makes me wonder if anyone plays it, and the user reviews on sites like Amazon are pretty shocking which completely contridicts the professional reviews.

Is it worth a go? I see it's on Steam which is usually a bonus for multiplayer games.

Got it, played it - thoroughly good fun.

Not too serious a simulation by any stretch of the imagination, but a great mix of fun, a bit of strategy and plenty of action.

Hop on board your aircraft carrier, launch some strike planes, jump in one, torpedo a Jap destroyer, then hop jump out of the plane onto your own warship to finish the crippled enemy!

Cant complain at that really :D

Arcade based action but a lot of fun. Gfx are pretty good + has some catchy music tunes & plenty of SP & MP missions as well as a mod scene.

Bought it at full price last year when it first came out & got a solid month out of it.

Got this at Xmas on a steam deal, it's good fun and the single player campaign lasts a long time. Good mix of different missions with ships, planes and subs.
