I purchased this system last week and unfortunately it arrived late, without a power cable and without the overclock:

It now seems I missed out on this deal by a matter of days!

If you can post up a new thread with your order number in the customer service section we can get this resolved for you.

regarding the overclock, you may need to just enter the BIOS an re-load the profile. This is very straight forward to do and I can guide you through the process in the customer support forum

On the product page for the "War General" one of the reviewers states that the graphics card for this machine came separately and he had to install it himself.

Is that a one off blip, or do pre-built machines where an alternative graphics card is chosen come like that?

Also...if I wanted that machine but with the case in a diff colour (same model), would that be possible as a "small change of spec"?

Hi there,

We used to ship the graphics cards separately from the system to avoid damage in transit, however we have better packaging now so graphics cards can be shopped installed with no fear of transit damage.

So, is a change of case colour possible on the BF3 General offer? Or is it a case of you can have any colour as long as its gun metal?
