Hello all. I've got bazzite and windows 11 dual booting on separate Nmve drives both clean installs and with secure boot active my bazzitie boot and shutdown/restart times takes ages. before I done dual boot and just had bazzite on my system It was blazingly fast

Normally you can hit escape and you'll see what systemd is hanging on during shutdown.

I'd be surprised if it's dual boot related.

I found out that shutting down the system and unplugging the power cord and holding down the button for 30 seconds fixed It
Um. Wut? I mean that's definitely a way to speed up turning off your computer, much like omitting the pan is a faster way to cook a steak.

Check that Bazzit/GRUB is first in line in your BIOS boot order and let that handle the switch to Windows when you need it
Chec that your Windows drive isn't mounted in Bazzite - unmounting it on shutdown might be causing the delay
Disable Windows "Fast Startup" - it creates a hibernate state when you shut down Windows that might be causing trouble
