speed is line max upto 8mb.... bandwidth is truely unlimited...
contention is 50:1

however....

£59.99 gets you the business version of the above with contention ratio at 20:1

I've seen some customers get above 6MB/s at a range of 1.5KM direct line from exchange...

Prices include VAT too....

Another vote for Be, I'm on Be Unlimited and at £18 a month its good value. Connection is very good and stable - I'm getting 22Mbit down and full 1.5 up syncs (600m or so from my exchange).

Pings are decent to pretty much all the servers I play games on and there is no traffic shaping or download limit at the moment.

Also seem to have good customer support via email and phone.

Great be it is then! though that could be a problem because their site bethere seems to have problems atm :(
How long did it take you to migrate to be ?

Also has anyone had any problems with having a static ip as appose to one that changes everytime the modem resets ?

Migration took five days.

Your IP doesn't change every time your modem resets. You have to switch your modem off for over an hour. I am not aware of any static IP issues.
