I keep getting two pop-up messages saying something or other (the name of the work unit i think) has been forced to close. This seems to happen randomly, and its not always the work unit that it seems to be working on that's mentioned in the error.

I've tried re-installing.

If i can't fix this I'm moving this machine straight back to folding which would be a shame as i was 9th with my average production i think.

I've got no patience with dc projects that cause me hassle, if they want my cpu time they need to give me a stable client.

Any ideas?

BOINC used to have a problem with getting workunits mixed up. If you've not tried it already - return/abort any existing workunits and delete all of BOINC. Start again.

If you have done this, then there's something incompatible on your machine.

Its not over clocked (yet), and i have already re-installed this twice.
It folds fine and primes fine so i don't think stability is an issue.

Well, i'll go and setup folding again then ;)

Still open to suggestions on this though, and i might put climate change on another pc instead as i would like a little of my cpu power to go towards it.

Can't be bothered with the hassle tbh. If it won't work it won't work, too bad.

Plus i'm getting walked all over on the folding side of things and thats got to stop :p

i ran this project for a bit but recently gave up as the models kept finishing early. very annoying and the machine is 100% stable with either seti or folding.
