Formula 1: 2011 Season Review

Jake Humphrey presents a look back at the season, which featured 19 Grands Prix and was dominated by Sebastian Vettel in the drivers' championship and Red Bull in the constructors' championship. Although the German triumphed in 11 of the races and claimed the title by a massive winning margin, there were plenty of exciting moments and incidents, including Jenson Button winning the Canadian Grand Prix despite being in last position at one point during the race.

Apparently it's all filmed in DC's flat, those budget cuts begun already? :p

Missed it, to busy tidying the house for when we all pile back at some unearthly hour in the morning.
BBC so it'll be on Iplayer tomorrow.

I quite enjoyed it, gave me something to watch while I'm dieing on the sofa at least!

I did notice that they seemed to gloss over most of the Vettel wins and spent most of the time on JB and LH! :)

You can kind of understand why though, their Target audience is British, and most people have spent the season complaining that Vettel has been winning so much.

It wasn't bad, nice reflection on what has been a great season and the tv coverage has been superb in my opinion.

Vettel had that many wins though that they couldn't have covered them all in that detail in an hour, plus you could argue that the fact that Vettel was so dominant this year makes the other wins all that more significant.

Yeah pretty disappointing really - I like to think the BBC coverage should be a bit more impartial and international and should focus less on mclaren. After all, Vettel's just become a double champion, had a stonking season, and RBR is a britain-based team after all.

Quite happy to have some partisan support of the brits, and British teams. Enjoyed the program - going to miss the BBC coverage next year

God the first minute annoyed me, the seek for the perfect normally aspirated v8, you what there's no such quest it's banned :(

Just watching it now.
