I've Noticed a lot more hackers whilst playing online with this game,do they get banned from that particular server or do they get a complete ban for the whole game and have to go out and buy it again.

What do they achieve in cheating at games,is it that they are rubbish at gaming,like to be top of the points,getting one shot kills that are impossible otherwise.

Greed for winning.

With TF2 do players get banned from the whole game for cheating? That's a bloody good rule to be honest. I've seen it in the server console people getting kicked for having an autoaim in BC2, would be good to get them banned from Multiplayer completely. Would definately put people off. I played it on the weekend and it was the worst I'd ever seen, at least 2-3 hackers in total, whereas before it would be maybe just 1.

I have really noticed the increase in this recently (over the last 2-3 weeks) I think there must be loads of new hacks coming out that are not yet detected by PB, because it is blatant!

Let's hope they all lose their copy of the game as it can really ruin an evenings gaming!
 
A lot of people have "one-off" cheats - i.e. there is only ever one copy made - so it's impossible for anti-cheat software to know about it.

Your best bet is to find a well administered server.

Multiplayer cheating will never stop. Acknowledge this, and just move on to another server. Or just do your best to ignore the cheater.

You getting annoyed by it means they have "won" in their mind. Most don't do it to 'win' the game, they do it to annoy you, the other players.
 
Cheats will always be found online I'm afraid. I just laugh at their inept skills to want to run a bot in the first place and the majority are downloaded cheats so they can't even lay claim to having any coding bragging rights. I know it's frustrating but if you find a server that is administered well, return the favour and play on it regular. The cheaters will get found out soon enough and move on where as you will have found a 'home' to play your fave game.

Just don't be one of the sad 'door handle' jockeys who call cheat everytime they are killed! BE sure they are cheating by taking a fraps video and if certain of cheating, post it off to the admin for them to judge.
 
a lot of the paid ones will not be caught they pay monthly and like a few i know of they have never been caught not once. they even give free keys to people if there caught :( losing battle .

when a new update is out the hack closes down or you cant run your game until maybe next day when its been bypassed and hack away again.

why do they want to stop every banned user another copy of game sold. vicious circle. should just lock all files and have no adjustments anyone caught cheating hardware ban. new pc to play games.

Try playing MW2. I played 10 games at the weekend and there was a hacker in EVERY one. I counted them!
 
Just played a game of bc2 on one server some guy had 97 kills for 0. A medic at the back of the map shooting people who were parachuting down.. bloody annoying.
 
Anyone recommend some servers to play on? I usually play with Germans, just something about how they play that I enjoy but some well administrated English speaking servers would be nice.
 
Yea last two weeks Iv a lot of aim bots around, really wastes people time.

Why bother... the game is more fun when its competitive, not when you make 80 kills!

Plus these aim boters on PB enable servers! Whats that about!

Why have PB if it doenst catch the cheats!
