BBQ / Smoking

A UDS isn't too hard to build, you just need the materials and one free day. I build mine on a Saturday and it was ready to go. Apart from the coats of paint. It has excellent results too and the temps are so stable.

Just do a search for UDS or Ugly Drum Smoker. Theres one american bbq website for 'brethren' that may help
