BC2 Failed to Connect

Im getting the usual "Failed to connect to EA Online" message when refreshing the server browser.

Stuff Ive tried - deleting gamesettings.bin file, adding an exception in avast, running the game as adminstrator.

Nothing works. Although for some reason I have no problem getting servers in the daytime, but in the evening it never works.

Is medal of honor exactly the same? As Im thinking of buying it, even though i think it looks subpar, just to have something to play.

Dont think its an ISP thing as I play other games fine, all through the night if Im up for it.

I'll try getting rid of the AV then, I added an exception in the AV, I thought that would be enough.

Like tom113, I can join people through the friends list with no issues.

And yes I have Avast.

So thats going in the recycle bin
