BC2 unlocks/rank progression broken

I'm rank 26 or 27 (got fed up and have't played in a while) and my progress/unlocks are broken. The screen after a round that shows your unlock progression doesn't have anything in it. The bars that fill up are blank for all classes except medic. I play mainly as assault and engineer. I think I haven't maxed out my unlocks AFAIK...

I've seen engineers with C4 explosive packs (mainly on kill cam lol) but I haven't unlocked that. What do I do to fix it and am I making sense?! :confused:

Ohh, yeah. Forgot to add, I've been at the same rank for what seems like weeks and I did play it ever night til I got fed up so I think my rank is messed up too

Yes... you have.

Engineer with C4 = an Engineer spawned and picked up a Recon or Assaults kit.

Did this really warrent a new thread over posting in the BC2 thread?

I haven't unlocked the C4 with the Assault either

Terribly sorry. I have asked questions in big massive threads before and have had them get lost in the question/answer/epeen waving. Just wanted to have a quick answer

I have no more unlocks (according to the post round screen) for assualt but I am obviously missing one

For an assualt to use c4 he must use a weapon like the shotgun, so he doesnt have the under barrel weapon.

to use C4 on a class other than Recon you just have to choose a gun that isn't class specific, like a shotgun, a rifle or the thompson. you should then get the option to take C4 under the gadgets tab.
