be-2350 upgrade for htpc?

I am considering upgrading my htpc which currently has a amd be-2350 cpu (stock) on a 680g chipset 2gb ddr2 and a hd6450 card

The card will likely stay and I have 4gb ddr3 knocking about somewhere so I am looking for a cpu+board

In some circumstances such as unrar'ing stuff and the very occasional non dvxa 1080p h264 clips, i find the 2350 a little slow

Any replacement must be equally as quiet as what I have now which is on the stock hsf

budget £100ish

the pc, apart from being an htpc, gets used as a teamspeak server, download box and the occasional minecraft 2 player server

Still looking for opinions on this but now also have the need for this box to act as an air video server performing on the fly transcoding of 1080p to the ipad. The 2350 is not quite up to this.
