Be E-Mail Details?

I am trying to set up Outlook on one of our home PCs and can receive mail but not send. Can anyone confirm exactly what the full details should be for POP & SMTP?

Sadly, when checked, it already was like that. The password is right, but when I send a test message I get the following:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:	Test
      Sent:	17/09/2010 08:57

      '[email protected]' on 17/09/2010 08:57
            554 5.7.1 <[email protected]>: Sender address rejected: Access denied

Help!

I've tried calling Be Support, but they are useless - just get put through to some Indian card reading monkey

Just did more Googling - seems the SMTP server is not as explained above. The correct details are:

smtp1.bethere.co.uk

I can now send and receive e-mail without issue. I hope this helps someone...
