I have just tried overclocking my 4690k on a Gigabyte Z97 SOC Force.

The voltage is set at 1.115v and the multiplier at 40x.

I have disabled EIST, C1 etc etc.

I have just tried a stress test with Realbench it it crashes the second I hit start.

What else should i be looking at changing?

and use games instead of benchmarks

No settings changed, ran it again and it completed a 15 minute stress test.
