BE Issues + Wireless

Hiya, We transferred to BE about 3 weeks ago, ever since we have my father has had issues connecting with his laptop to our wireless connection.

Everytime he connects and puts in the correct pass key it always comes up with Local Only.

I have checked all the settings on the router and laptop and cannot see anything that should be stopping this. I have also tried disabling ipv6 and loads of ipconfig commands but nothing seems to work. Also get the message: Unidentified Network
The router is a Netgear RangeMax.

I had fun with the wireless on the Be box modem (speed touch)

Ended up using a Netgear DG348GT router in stead

Try it with a cable? It'll at least eliminate any weirdness with wireless.
