Just wondering if anyone else here that uses Be/O2 in Liverpool (Liv Royal exchange) is getting really bad latency spikes at 'peak' hours. i.e. from around 18:00 till 00:00.
I've raised three tickets in the last week with Be, and spent about 40 minutes on the phone this afternoon trying to talk to their techs but they are denying any issues at their end. Despite the fact I have a page full of graphs from my Cacti system showing huge increases in latency at these times even though the connection is idle :x
They're blaming my phone line and / or my equipment, though I fail to see how this can be the case given there is such a consistent pattern to the spikes
