Be or O2 (Router stat check)

Hi,
i am thinking of switching from BT to either Be or o2 but don"t know what package to go for,
according to Be's site my current speed is 5.0meg and the max i can get is 14meg but from my router stats i thought that it would be faster or is that about right.

Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 448 / 7,616

Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 11.5 / 19.5

Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 17.0 / 29.0

SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 23.0 / 9.5

So do you think i should go for o2's 20meg package or be's 24meg or even the 16meg

Ok thanks i will go for the 20meg first if i cant get any where near then i will downgrade to the 16meg.

OK, well the 20meg is out of the question o2 say i can only get 16meg
and at £10 a month ill be saving £11 so im pleased with that.
