be quiet! customer service?

Got a 750w be quiet! from ocuk last year is been fantastic, I went to do some cable management today in prep of 5870 xfire. I opened the box went thrugh the cables and just noticed i got 3 PCIE cables so im missing a green to blue pcie cable and cant find a address to ask for a spare one can anyone help?

Maybe send a mail to OCuK and see if they have a spare one, maybe be a good service tatic to help you, good luck with that.

Also i think they have a list of manufactorys web sites...

Maybe the web site on there? Either that or maybe a local computer shop, they cant cost that much can they...

If no joy with OC then I would go straight to Be Quiet! They have pretty good customer service department.

Just goto the Be Quiet website and send them a Webnote, they usually reply quite quickly, as I had to contact them at the start of this year regarding a faulty PSU, and they responded the following morning.

If it's the Dark Power Pro that OcUK was stocking last year, then Be Quiet no longer manufacture those units, they have revised the Dark Power Pro range, and all the modular cables have got different connectors on the PSU side, however they might have some spare cables from the previous gen PSU's kicking around.

Just an update for future ref...webnote from ocuk was they cant help...and Be Quiet said they were very sorry and they will forward me any cables i needed for free and they will pick up the P&P.

Result: will defo buy Be Quiet again with customer service like

Not sure if they still offer it but at one stage they offered lifetime guarantee on power supplies as I had a problem with a 650w after about 3 months and they replaced it on the spot and told me it wouldn't have been a problem even if the psu was 5 years old as they 'believed in their products'.

Glad to see they are still a good company.
