Be Quiet PSU Borked?

Another confirmation of the procedure above.

Sent my PSU back to Germany at the address listed on their site (about 20 quid - parcels to go). No comms or reply to web note etc. Week later I have just received a brand new P9 series 650w dark power pro to replace my 2.5 year old P7 one.

A part from sending blind and no comms, pretty faultless!
 
In the event that any of your Be Quiet components needs to be RMA'd after the initial seller's warranty, just follow the steps below.

1) Send a message to Be Quiet Customer Support.
2) Send the item to the address stated in the reply message and dont wait or look for any RMA number as it's not actually needed.
Enclose a copy of your reciept, a return address and if possible, a copy of the email that you received.
3) Just wait for the replacement between 5 - 10 working days[/COLOR].
