Be Quiet Straight Power 11

Just wanted to do a quick check that the Straight Power 11s are a good, safe choice of PSU? I'd normally do my power supply research at jonnyguru's site, but they haven't published a review in over a year. :confused:

They are good psu's but very overpriced with shorter warranties than their competitors. Even their £300+ top end psu's only have a tight fisted 5 year warranty. Personally I wouldn't buy one. There are just as good psu's available with 5 year warranties for less and psu's with 7 and 10 year warranties that are usually much cheaper than the same size BeQuiet. Give me a Superflower Leadex III, Seasonic GX, Corsair RM and many others over a BeQuiet anyday.

Cheers for replying, but I'm not in the UK. The main issue is needing the thing in the next few days (preferably over the weekend), rather than cost of delivery.

BeQuiet's warranty is at same level with basic level Bitfenix Formula and it's hard to call BeQuiet's as good buy for high price.

Seasonic Focus Gold/GX or its derivates like Phanteks AMP.
Antec HCG Gold should be still Seasonic based with 10 year warranty.
(Earthwatts Gold Pro 7 year)

Gigabyte Aorus is also good with 10 year warranty

Then Superflower Leadexes are also with better warranty.
I think EVGA SuperNovas are based onto them.

Also Adata's XPG Core PSU is good with 10 year warranty.
