Be there problems

Doesn't affect me, I'm on Virgin ;) I'm just saying if you're a Be user it's probably better to check the official Be forums than here.

"Dear Members,
We are currently experiencing major peering issues that can affect your connection (browsing, packet loss, etc.). Our network team is investigating this but at this point we do not have ETR. Once we have additional information, we will let you know.
In the meantime we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Kind Regards,
Deyan"

Use openDNS, much better IMO

My router has the ability to take 4 DNS addresses so I tent to use openDNS as primary and secondary and BE DNS servers as 3rd and 4th.

Always "be" prepared :)

Peering =/= dns. The dns server you use is irrelevant if you are not able to establish a connection to it.

Anyway, they fixed it :)
