Be unlimited (technical support) are you kidding?

Well the first two times i phoned them to sign up i went through to two people who could speak a little better, but this woman was struggling to get words out in english nevermind answering my technical query.

Where is the support centre based?
 
Hungary I think. If you need to get anything technical done just email them, they're very quick to reply usually.
 
They're pretty quick at responding when you raise a ticket in the members centre control panel. What exactly is wrong with your connection?

be is hit and miss

its an indian call centre, and some of them have better english than others. Just hang up and try again

failing that upgrade to Be Pro. with be pro you get your own "dedicated" support number different from normal users. They dont tell you, but since i upgraded to pro everybody who answers the phone appears to have a much better grasp of english lol

not that they can advertise that of course ;)
 
be member page appears not to be working, but last time i looked be pro had a different number

but they have just changed them recently, so could have got rid of it then. Will need to wait for members area to start working again to confirm.

member centre is working, and you're right they've got rid of it

but at least what you've posted shows that im not being delusional

they did use to have separate numbers at least !
