Be very slow after outrage ?

Hi All I am just back online after a fibre cable was cut through by a workman ha! my exghange is in Letchworth and since i,ve got back online the service is very slow ,i,m with BE pages take ages to open ,just seeing if anyone else is getting this ,i did read on the forum that its to do with the outrage we have just had ,and maybe the knobs need tweeking etc :confused:

This seems to have happened to me after Sky broadband went down and came back on yesterday, i was getting 8mb/s now its about 1mb/s, i dont know if its related..

Your line was outraged at being cut, or the cutting caused an outtage?
Possibly the repair may not have been of good enough quality?

Im on o2 at 16mb down perfect line

getting 0.5 mbs download 1mbs upload and ping times are 300ms+
