Beat this computer spec price

My mate at work has had the following quote on a PC as he lost his last one in a flood. Can this spec for the price be beaten. Monitor keyboard and mouse isnt needed. He has £600 from his insurance to buy a new one:

That must be a catalog price there.ask him to get the money from Josh, Dad's Found Your Drugs.. err Scooter it might be cheaper

I think he said a monitor wasn't needed Wiggins so you could bump a few of the other components up a notch.

The spec he is quoted could be bought for about £587 on overclockers, 660 is a rip off.

from wiggins initial spec being as the tft isnt needed i'd up the processor to the Q6600.

change the hard disk to :

and maybe get 6400 memory.

The 6600 is quad not dual core and can be overclocked just as good.

the q6600 is the quad core, not the e6600 which was said in the first post. the e6750 clocks better than the e6600 because it has a newer stepping
