It's using the betfair exchange to bet against your bet, so if you have a free bet of £10 you can make £8 from it risk free, or you can use it for arbs like the basketball game I mentioned.

It's profitable 100% of the time if the lay is lower than the back. 2 back 1.45 lay is £3~
