i am on BE 24mb ,i keep having a problem where my connection just dies around 10+ times a day.I emailed be and they said my profile was set to speed instead of stability,so changed it for me.I am still having problems and cannot figure out if its my line, bebox or something else.

The bebox i have my 360 connected, family pc,and my pc all wired in,and using the wireless i have my laptop and wii,ps3,iphone all using that. The connection drops are really annoying especialy when playing on xbox live, the connection will just drop and it says disconnected from xbox live,i have to wait a min or so then the router reconnects itself.I have also noticed the connection will drop if i switch the family pc on,does this 70% of the time, the router will loose connection then reconnect.

Tonight i have switched off the wireless to see if that will make it more stable,so far it hasnt lost connection since 10oclock.

i have a dg384v3 but i cannot get it to work with BE ,well when be activated my line the router was working fine with be.then i decided to install the bebox and since then when i tryed the netgear it would establish a connection and sync at 10mb but wouldnt let me connect to any web sites ect.

thats my line stats,as you can see i lost connection again

I also had this problem. I had to do a combination of two things to make it stable.

I packed up the BeBox and started using the DG834G v3. Using custom 3rd party firmware (found it on the Be forums).

This was good, but torrenting a lot can fill up the ram on the router. So I have a device to cycle the power to the router at 4am every day.

Now it's perfectly stable.

did you have wierd things making your connection die, like a pc getting turned on,i have even had the router not switch off but loose connection when i have turned off a light switch, might have been just bad timing or it was that which caused it.

Tbh you'd be far better posting a thread on the be forums rather than here, you'll get more out of it considering that number of errors in 39 sec. Also keep in mind that stats really need to be 6 hours or more to account for line fluctuations (pasting them here might help).

yea i am going to post sumthing on there forums now,my speed has been shocking past two days, look what i am getting this is there pro package

Try your DNS via OpenDNS. You need to create an account first to sync with your IP Address.

208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

See if that helps. It may just be BE having DNS issues.
