Bedding time freezer pro 7!!

Just fitted a new pro 7 today, how long before i can start clocking again? is there a bedding in time? :confused:

Clock immediately, if it does make a difference it'll only be a couple of degrees.

go on the computer and check the temps first, If they're high you haven't fitted it correctly. If they're reasonable/low overclock it straight away

my temps are 32c idle... the reason is i have set my min fan speed to 62% in bios and set cpu fan target to 50c.. compared to 87% min and 40c target the last time!! which i quickly went through the pro 7 in 3 months.

don't think there is a bedding time for the mx stuff with the ac products not like as5... could be wrong

ive been running my pro at full speed on and off for 2years its been fine so far it did 6months in one build and has done a few weeks here n there in other builds and has done 3 months in this build been ok so far but its got abit noisy recently :S

I've been running the pro in my current PC at duty cycle (100%) since something like september 2006 and its still going strong

I have a backup ACF7 pro waiting in the wings for when/if it does die. Got 3 of them when they were on special offer for like £8.99 each.

I don't know about the MX stuff but I use AS5 and its pretty good straight off - tho temps do drop another 2-3C within the next couple of days.

cheers guys.. do you think i got a duff pro then? can these things stand 100% 24/7 for a few years then? what was your fan target temp then as the small print says to set at 65c!! i thought that was a bit high!
