Beef Fillet Joint

Popped down my local butcher this morning and he had some Fillet Joints on offer so i took one off his hands - Its only 0.22kg so enough for me

Need some advice never cooked one of these before any recommendations on how to cook and even how long (like meat RARE)

Stake tartare or beef Wellington, personally I don't rate them as a steak cut. Not enough taste or resistance.

Meat at room temp. Salt and pepper on it 20 minutes before. HOT pan or griddle. Less than a minute each side.

You cannot go wrong.
