What can I do with some left over beef stock I have from my last nights casserole? The obvious choice is soup but I was hoping for something a little more creative yet I can't think of anything!
Well, you could make soup with it as you said. Onion Soup is a personal favourite. If you have, or can get some cheap beef, you could braise it in the stock.
Or just cook some rice or pasta in it. Maybe use it for couscous even?
