Been a bit quiet lately!

Been busy working in London during the past few weeks, equals no gaming (bar DS) :( I fear checking my 360 Blog, it must hate me by now.
 
Working lots, and to be fair there isn't a lot of decent 360 titles to come on here and chat about. Very slim pickings
 
I've been hammering Geometry Wars this last week or two, and today i finally got the survive 1,000,000 achievement. This is after the snake spawn bug got me at 950K the other day :mad: Now, i'm one of the few people with 12/12 achievements in both Geometry Wars, and Hexic HD, so i'm pretty happy with myself.

I'm now waiting for a great game to come to the 360. I don't really fancy any of the current titles (table tennis, Hitman etc.) SF2 Turbo would be a big bonus too. I can see me putting a few hours in on that, trying to beat it again on 7 stars without losing a round. It's been a long time since i was able to do that.
 
To be fair, there's not really much going on in the console world to really talk about, so it's unsuprising the forum is so quiet. The PS2 doesn't have much going on with it, the Gamecube is as good as dead, as is the old Xbox, and the PSP is pretty quiet at the moment too. So that doesn't leave much for this forum beyond 360 THREAD 360 THREAD 360 THREAD DS THREAD 360 THREAD 360 THREAD. And when you don't have a 360, like most of us, you're not going to get very many people posting, are you. ;)

But like I said, there's not really much you can do until the rest of the next gen is actually out and the focus goes back to the games. There's only so many more "OMG the Wii looks so cool I want one!" and "OMG the PS3 looks sweet but isn't it expensive?!" threads I can take. :p
