Hi OCUK,
Cant remember the last time I posted on here feels like forever. I'm in need of of PC fairly sharpish and had a question around what the minimum GFX card i could get was as a temporary measure.
Im planning on building a system around this motherboard and the new AMD chips being released soon:
My basket at Overclockers UK:
I'm not 100% as yet, but I will most likely be running a DELL U4919 Ultrawide with a 27" monitor, or maybe just 2 x 27" to start.
Main purpose of the PC is productivity including virtual machines. Also some trading (maybe like 10 chrome windows open at one time). On the rare occasion i may play the odd game.
Given that the new AMD and Nvidia cards will be available later this year I dont really want to spend much on a GFX for the time being and just want something that will allow me to complete my productivity tasks on the monitors above, ideally at 5120 x1440 and 2560 x 1440 respectively.
When the new Graphics Cards are released I'll probably get the equivalent of the 2070 at the time.
Thanks guys
