Have you looked at the zalman z9 case? Granted you lose the usb3 ports on the case but you do get 4 fans, a fan controller with digital temp display and cable management oh and an extension for the 8pin power cable......not too shabby for a £50ish case. (I'd double check it can take that 7000series GPU though)

I mention this only as you clearly want to OC the i5K so good airflow should win over USB 3

p.s Your optical drive is out of stock. I have the iHAS 124 and it can be FW flashed to a iHAS 524 (the only feature you can't add is lightscribe) it also has custom firmware available for overburn.

Bit of of a late reply - The retail CPU also comes with 3 year warranty, OEM comes with one year :)

I'd suggest trying to go for a slightly larger ssd. 128gig would be perfect.

I'm still using a 80gig ssd, and honestly its too small :) Windows + 2 games then i have to deal with low diskspace on this drive.

Used the 128 in another couple of computers recently, it does help!

If moneys a problem the 64 is still great, just you'll have a lot more room to play with on the 128!

Hi there,

Looks like a good spec, though if you are going to spend so much on a gaming rig I would strongly suggest opting for a 120Hz monitor like this one (here is a review).

To help afford it you could save some money on the motherboard like this one.
