Been given a new Samsung Galaxy Tab 3

Hi. As above.

Been given it as someone didn't want it.

I know how to use tablets of course as have two iPads.

But what does the Samsung do. Is it the same? As I have a samsung Galaxy 9+ mobile. Just wanted to use it to the best of its ability.
