Been having all sorts of problems.

I brought my system from OCuk. I think they failed at overclocking my cpu.

Was clocked to 4.6ghz, had so many problems and the thing fukkin resets itself in bios over and over ...

So I've put it down to 4.4ghz, should this help?

Contact their support and they'll be able to help you out.

In terms of the obvious, are you sure you applied the thermal paste correctly (i.e. not too thick)? And is your power supply up to the job?

I've just brought the thing .. Literaly a week old and have no idea of the above.

I can't really be dealing with trying to ship my PC to Newcastle to get it fixed. This is why I was so worried about ordering from OCuk. Goddam. £1300 I spent too..
