Been offered the following for £150, as I'm not up-to-date on PC stuff anyone am not sure if good.

5600 Dual core amd,
ASUS mobo (not sure model but spec below)
4gb ram 667mhz

Is this a good deal?

Ignore the graphics, would be using 7800GT for now.

Should have added it would be replacing a P4-HT 3ghz on a Foxconn mobo that has either AGP or PCIe and either 2GB DDR1 or 2GB DDR2 (max of 566mhz)

Is that package worth the money or best getting something newer?
