I had the 5770 until a few weeks back. I have an athlon X4 640 quad on AM3 overclocked to 3.5ghz.
With the 5770, I was hitting 40fps on medium settings in BF3 and got a new Asus GTX560 DirectCU card and now I can play BF3 on high settings at 60fps. I didn't want a better card than the 560 anyways due to my cpu probably bottlenecking my performance, but it was a great decision.
The 560ti will do a great job and the 570 better as the prices have dropped dramatically thanks to the new gen gtx600 series now out.
If you have a LGA1155 i5 or better, get the 570, if anything lower, i.e AMD like me, then don't get anything more than the 560ti or your cpu will bottleneck the gpu you buy.
