Beeps on New Mem Install

Guys, just added a 1gb stick of pc3200 to my 2 existing 512mb geil value pc3200 memory and it just gives long continuous beeps when I try and power it up. When I take it out again it works fine. Any ideas on what might be causing it? Do I need to edit anything in the bios first? Thanks

Spec:
Msi nForce 3 with Geil Value PC3200 in banks 0/1 and 4/5

Have you tried just running with the new stick by itself?

yeah, just tried it and it boots up fine, does this mean I need to match it with another 1gb stick?

Try installing the other sticks 1 at time in the other slots and see what happens.
