Beer? Pizza? Together?!

I'm not convinced that would be good, but it sounds intriguing. Why don't you try it and let us know what it's like?
 
I'd guess its because the carbonation in the beer will make the crust rise more and lighter, like making a beer batter.So the best beer to use would be fizzy lager.The same effect can be achieved using soda water. ( disclaimer i can't see the site, it's blocked as an adut site throgh my phone. )
