Before I contact TSO Host.....

Before I contact TSO Host I thought the clever chaps here may be able to tell me what I have managed to do wrong:

I have had a .co.uk domain and website hosted at TSO Host since 2009, for the first few years I had it on my Mothers hosting package.

Just a month or so ago I opened an account myself with TSO Host for their standard cPanel hosting at £2.99 a month.

Following their instructions I managed to transfer the domain and got my site up and running OK.

I updated the site this morning using Filezilla and connected via the site manager menu as I usually do.

My update is appearing on http://

But not on http://www.

What have I done wrong?

What does your htaccess look like?

Have you redirected www to non www?

Blowed if I know what htaccess is, this is very confusing, perhaps I shall fill in a support ticket.

sorry I assumed a bit there.

In FileZilla go to public_html and find a file called .htaccess

Copy the text in here (can alter the urls if you want).

If you're site isn't redirecting it'll be treated as two seperate sites by Google (if you plan on getting it ranked) and may be the cause of only one version showing the updates.

Then again tso would solve this quickly for you as well once they get the ticket.
