I posted in these forums before regarding a problem I had with my graphics card not accepting any drivers. I've no idea what happened but turning on my computer one morning it seemed to be happy, no explanation as to why it was fine now and not before.

Anyway, the drivers that windows installed automatically, are not the latest drivers. Before I attempt to install the latest drivers, is there anything I can and should do, to protect myself should all hell break loose again? I plan on creating a system restore point, but is that sufficient, or is there anything else I can do?

that should do you, and just make sure u still have a copy of the currently working drivers available/downloaded.
